Miso Moyashi Ramen - sansho karashi miso (味噌もやしらーめん・山椒辛味噌)

Moyashi (もやし) is the Japanese term for bean sprouts.  With Miso Moyashi Ramen, there are four miso flavors to choose from:
1) Miso (味噌)
2) Karashi miso (辛味噌) which is spicy miso
3) Ryoshi miso (漁師味噌) which is miso with fish stock
4) Sansho karashi miso (山椒辛味噌) which is spicy miso with Japanese pepper

The ramen shop just celebrated its 10th anniversary this month.
