Ginza-Kagari - Kamakura Branch (銀座篝・鎌倉店)

Ginza-Kagari (銀座篝) is a Michelin-recommended ramen shop based in the Ginza District in Tokyo.  This is their store in Kamakura close to Kamakura Station.

There are both Japanese and English menus at the counter table.  The store will ask you to pay after ordering.

Ordered:

Slow-cooked Chicken Broth Ramen (鶏白湯Soba)

This ramen comes with minced ginger and fried onion as shown in the bottom left of the photo above.

Black Seven-Flavored Spices and rice vinegar on the counter

According to the store, the best way to enjoy this dish is, first, to try it as served without adding anything.  Then add the ginger, Black Seven-Flavored Spices (黒七味), and rice vinegar little by little.  The fried onion can be added anytime.
